We are equipped and manned for AOG maintenance situations as well. Your ability to fly and safety is our principle concern – we provide quality work and accurate installations to get you back in the air in the shortest possible timeframe. Supported by comprehensive back shop capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to provide tip to tail services in conjunction with your airframe maintenance events. Inspections

Propel Aviation Sales & Services LLC. is staffed, trained, and equipped to complete scheduled inspections in a timely and efficient manner. We regularly handle 100-hour inspections, annual inspections, detailed inspections, import certificate of airworthiness and export certificate of airworthiness, CPCPs, & SIDs for the entire line of Cessna models as well as other aircraft on our capabilities list below. Additionally, we work with our aircraft owners to incorporate service bulletin compliance into their scheduled service center visits.

Aircraft Maintenance Management

Through our extensive aircraft maintenance experience as a Miami FAA Certified Repair Station, we are able to offer the cost-effective aircraft management services and maximize the value of your aircraft – so that you can concentrate on flying. We have the expertise to manage all aspects of your aircraft’s required maintenance.

In addition to our own in-house aircraft Maintenance Management system, we also work with multiple maintenance tracking programs such as CAMP, CESCOM, and Flight Docs to maximize the utility and efficiency of your aircraft. Modifications

Propel Aviation Sales & Services LLC. is capable of completing and installing a full range of modifications and STCs to your aircraft. We are dedicated to extending the life of your aircraft and making great airplanes even better. Working to the highest standards, our skilled craftsmen will refinish or re-manufacture aircraft cabinetry and upholstery to like-new condition. We can even efficiently produce custom aircraft cabinetry designs with custom materials for the most discriminating owner.

Our aircraft modifications services help you incorporate the latest efficiency and safety upgrades, deliver the latest amenities and technology to passengers and crew, or transition an airplane to a new and different purpose. Most aircraft modifications and updates can be accomplished during the course of your routine aircraft maintenance without creating additional aircraft downtime. Warranty

Any new Textron Aviation and Kodiak aircraft warranty work is performed within the manufacturer’s published warranty guidelines and all warranty claims will be submitted with all the required documentation in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.

Propel Aviation offers general Avionics Services including installations, component replacement, repairs, and troubleshooting. Our Miami Avionics Services are optimized for cost-effectiveness and minimal downtime, complete with a team of specialists possessing over 40 years of combined experience in the avionics industry. Repairs
